Abstract

[fre] La récente correction observée sur les marchés de capitaux et les épisodes de turbulences et de volatilité qui l’ont accompagnée constituent un défi de premier ordre pour les acteurs de marché et les autorités publiques, notamment les banques centrales. Nous ne disposons pas à ce jour, à l’évidence, de tout le recul nécessaire sur ces événements. Tous les efforts sont faits par le secteur financier ou les acteurs publics à travers le monde, y compris les banques centrales, pour faire face aux conséquences négatives sur les marchés monétaires du processus en cours de réduction du levier d’endettement et envisager, dans le même temps, une série de mesures susceptibles d’empêcher que la situation actuelle ne se représente à l’avenir.
