Abstract

[eng] Private equity and juridical risks . This article describes numerous risks incurred by the actors of the private equity (the asset managers). They are exposed to two main types of risks : risks taken regarding their customers (subscribers of funds or stakeholders) and those incurred when they invest and monitor firms. . JEL classification : G24, G28 [fre] Cet article décrit les multiples risques encourus par les acteurs du private equity (les gestionnaires). Ces derniers sont exposés principalement à deux grands types de risques : les risques pris à l’égard de leurs clients (souscripteurs de fonds ou actionnaires des sociétés gérées) et ceux encourus dans le cadre de la prise de participation et le suivi des sociétés dans lesquelles les véhicules gérés ont investi. .
