Abstract

[eng] Japanese institutional investors : evolution and revolution . This article presents how Japanese financial management has evolved and has been hardly but radically renewed during the financial storm. But it has usually targeted the build of a new future. So the now nearly achieved change’s process answers an issue introduced 20 years ago. The author exposes events and sequences which have led to a structural adaptation’s current need. He also describes current situation in Japan. . . Classification JEL : G23, G28, O53
