Le processus de mutation en voie d’achèvement répond donc à une problématique initiée voici déjà 20 ans. L’auteur propose ainsi de restituer le cours des événements et les enchaînements ayant conduit à un tel besoin présent d’adaptation structurelle et de décrire le paysage actuel par la causalité. .
