Abstract

[eng] Manager's responsibility in society . Managers hold a very important social position and can exert a very particular influence of certain fields of society. Both position and influence do also entail some duties and responsibilities for society as a whole. . However, even today, a question remains unanswered. . Should managers only fulfil their duties to their company and beyond that, show some reserve ? Or, on the contrary, as their horizon outreaches the company frontiers, should they exert their influence on society, while being conscious of their strictly own responsibilities ? It is around these questions that this article is developing a certain number of ideas and reflections on manager's role in society.
