Abstract

[eng] A research realized by a sample of Polish enterprises, in the context of systemic transformation, reveals the control of uncertainty as predominant behavior and the weight of durable relations. In various forms of durable interactions - based on complementarities and common past experiences - enterprises develop evolving cooperative attitudes. Some general theoretical teachings are deduced, concerning the reasons and types of inter-firms relations as well as the role and the foundations of trust, given the interest-seeking strategies pursued by economic actors.
