Abstract

[eng] The purpose of this article is to put in evidence the connection between learning capabilities of organisations and their informational architecture. In this perspective we developed a simulation model based on clasifier systems. This model endogenously defines the efficient organisational design, evaluated by innovative performance, according to the nature of its environment. Beyond traditional models describing organisations as adaptive structures, we can observe a link between organisational design, initiative behaviours and innovative performances of the firm.
