Abstract

[eng] This article analyzes the so called « value added » telecommunication services market. These services are the result of a combination of « functions » assumed by different types of economic agents.. Therefore to control the organization of the production, economic agents have to gain control over the assembling process. This control follows from the ownership of specific and not substitutable assets.. This article enables us to analyze the constitution of a new market and to deepen the theoretical thinking on the firm. Indeed, for the supply side as well as for users, these new services show that economic activity implies the recognition of a « community » beyond legal boundaries.
