L'adaptation aux nouvelles règles du jeu industriel, caractérisés à la fois par la mondialisation et la fragmentation des marchés, se fera-t-elle avec une rapidité suffisante pour empêcher, dans des pans entiers de notre industrie d'équipement, une perte d'autonomie par rapport à des concurrents plus puissants et mieux implantés sur les marchés internationaux ?
