Abstract

[eng] This paper is an analysis of the different strategies of telematization in the enterprise of small business from two monographic studies dealing with the industry of building trade and with pharmaceutic dispensaries. It specially points out that the abilities of consular and professional structures rest more on a tradition of political negociation than in the promotion of technological improvement.. Therefore, these organisations have developed, not very successfully, telematic services following the vague idea of general news with no incidences on the whole profitability of the company.. On the other hand, the actual suppliers appear as the prescribers of a professional telematic developing telematic services centred on management but also on the output which it involves. They suggest to small businesses telematic realizations whose relevance lie specially ;. — in their ability to bring out profits, not only financial ones, which they shared between the purveyors and the users of the videotex implement ;. — in the new technical configurations which are now used. From now on the videotex is making an attempt to be connected to microcomputer so as to make small businesses benefit of the advantages of two functions : the communication and the (data) — processing on the premises.. This study opens up on the pointing out of the insufficiencies which affect this telematic offer induced by the suppliers of service. It proposes the accomplishment of new services capable of palliating to the present defaults.
