Abstract

[fre] Pendant la période de haute croissance, diverses contraintes ont poussé les PME japonaises à la modernisation. L'effort, bien que réel, n'a pas été suffisant pour permettre un véritable rattrapage des grandes entreprises. Dans une perspective de croissance ralentie durable, les relations PME/grandes entreprises entrent dans une nouvelle phase. Les PME ont à faire face à l'élévation des prix des produits des grandes entreprises, à la restructuration de la sous-traitance et à la pénétration de grandes firmes dans leurs domaines d'activité. [eng] The effort of modernization of the SME during the high-pitched economic growth period was unable to reduce effectively the gap between small and big enterprises. With the actual slow growth rate, the relations SME/big enterprises are entering a new phase. The SME are facing the elevation of big enterprises products prices, the reorganization of subcontracting and the penetration of big firms in their fields of activity.
