Abstract

[eng] Abstract The analysis of southern rural areas emphasises several environment's responsabilities in economic development : the intensive wine production in the XlXth century, the touristic improvement in the second part of XXth century have succed a self-sufficiency agricultural. Such cases of development underline the effects, first of the agricultural revolution, second of the rural revolution, both entertaining particular links to local environment.
