Abstract

[spa] El tomo « Patrimonio de la vivienda en 1978 » - Si bien son algo antiguos, pareció no obstante interesante reunir en un mismo tomo los datos relativos al patrimonio de la vivienda de los hogares en 1978. Además de numerosos cuadros referentes al valor del parque de viviendas según diversos criterios y sobre el importe del adeudo según sector de accesión, ofrece también un informe pormenorizado de los métodos de cálculo utilizados. [fre] Bien qu'elles soient un peu anciennes, il a paru intéressant de réunir dans un même volume les données sur le patrimoine en logements des ménages en 1978 (1). Outre la mise à disposition de nombreux tableaux sur la valeur du parc selon divers critères et sur le montant de l'endettement selon le secteur d'accession, c'est aussi l'occasion d'un exposé détaillé des méthodes de calcul utilisées. [eng] Although existing data for 1978 concerning property in the form of household housing is somewhat old, it seemed interesting to assemble it in the same volume. Besides making available numerous tables showing the value of the housing stock according to diverse criteria and the total amount of endebtedness according to sector of ownership, this volume also offers an occasion for a detailed presentation of the methods of calculation employed.
