Abstract

[spa] Características de empresas, estructuras de empleo de salarios - Accumulación de capital y condiciones de aprovechamiento de la fuerza laboral son por tradicion analizadas por separado y sin referirse a sus caracteristiscas internas. Así pues, el en caso de la fuerza laboral a menudo se hace poco caso del estudio del movimiento de las calificaciones con relación a modalidades de funcionamiento y características estructurales del capital. Los resultados de un intento llevado a cabo en vista de poner remedio a esta dicotomía van presentados aqui. Se analizó para el ano 1971 una población alrededor de un mil de empresas, examinándose para cada una de el las las relaciones que puedan existir entre indicadores del capital e indicadores de estructuras de empleo y de salarios. Se desprende de ello que niveles mas elevados de rentabilidad y de intensidad de capital corren parejas con una menor calificación de los trabajadores directamente prod ucti vos (obreros y técnicos) mientras que, a la inversa, la productividad laboral se incrementa con la calificación. On présente ici les résultats d'une tentative pour remédier à cette dichotomie. On a analysé, pour l'année 1971, une population de près de 1 000 entreprises, pour chacune desquelles ont été examinées les relations pouvant exister entre indicateurs du capital et indicateurs de structures d'emploi et de salaires. Il en ressort que des niveaux plus élevés de rentabilité et d'intensité en capital vont de pair avec une moindre qualification des travailleurs directement productifs (ouvriers et techniciens), alors qu'à l'inverse la productivité du travail croit avec la qualification. [eng] Business Characteristics, Structures of Employment and of Salaries - Capital accumulation and the conditions governing the use of the Labor force are traditionally analysed as separate issues, without reference to their internal characteristics. In the case of manpower, for instance, the study of the movement of qualification in relation to the means of functioning and the structural characteristics of capital are often neglected. In this article, the results of an attempt to rectify this false dichotomy are presented. For 1971, there is an analysis of a group of almost 1 000 businesses. For each, the relations between indicators of capital and structural indicators of work and salaries are examined. The results show that the highest levels of profit earning and intensity of capital go together with less advanced qualification for employees who are directly productive (workers and technicians). However, the productivity of work increases with the qualification of the worker.
