Abstract

[fre] Cette chronique est tirée, pour l'essentiel, d'un document remis au groupe Emploi du Commissariat du Plan, en vue de formuler de «premières propositions pour les orientations et le développement de l'Agence nationale pour l'emploi dans les années qui viennent». N'ont pas été repris cependant, car sortant du cadre de la revue, les développements relatifs à des problèmes spécifiquement administratifs, et à l'extension nécessaire des moyens budgétaires de l'institution.
