Consommation alimentaire : les prévisions du VIe Plan sont confirmées

Abstract

[fre] La préparation du VIIe Plan français commence. Elle inclura de nombreuses prévisions, ou « projections », sur des variables macroéconomiques concernant l'année 1980. Que valent les projections ? Il est dès maintenant possible de porter un premier jugement sur les prévisions faites en 1967 pour l'année 1975, dans le cadre de la préparation du VI* plan. L'étude présentée ici se limite aux projections de l'ensemble de la consommation et en particulier de la consommation alimentaire. En moyenne, les évolutions constatées sont proches des prévisions de consommations du VIe Plan.
