    [spa] La demanda final en productos agrícolas y alimentîcios es prévisible. La demanda final en productos agricolas y alimenticios détermina en gran parte la evoluciôn de la agricultura y de las industrias transformadoras de estos productos. Ahora bien, la experiencia adquirida en el transcurso de los últimos veinte anos, y la de los paises extranjeros, pone de manifiesto la regularidad con la cual evoluciona dicha demanda. Esta inercia en el comportamiento medio de los hogares justifica el prolongamiento de las pasa-das tendencias. La deformación de la estructura del consumo se va produciendo en forma lenta y continua. La carne, las grasas y los productos lácteos sobre los cuales están basadas las comidas representan una parte creciente de la aportación calórica. El consumo de fruta y de zumos de fruta se va incrementando con gran rapidez. En cambio, los productos alimenticios taies como los que son a base de cereales no tienen gran demanda. El consumo de verduras permanece estable, la merma que se deja sentir en lo que se refiere a patatas esta compensada por el aumento de verduras que ofrecen mayor variedad. La demanda va siguiendo para los productos cuya forma de presentación es nueva : los productos congelados, las conservas de verdura, los quesos frescos. [eng] The final demand for agricultural and food products largely determines the trend of agriculture and of the industries which process these products. The experience of the last twenty years and of foreign countries shows certain regularities in the trend of this demand. This inertia of average behaviour of households justifies the extrapolation of past trends. Changes in the pattern of consumption are slow and continuous. . Meat, fats and dairy products, on which meals are centred, represent a growing part of the intake of calories. The consumption of fruit and fruit juice is growing fast.- On the other hand, foods such as cereal-based products are in less demand. The share of vegetables remains constant, the falling off in potatoes being offset by the increase in awider variety of green vegetables. Demand follows products presented in a new form; deepfrozen products, preserved vegetables, fresh cheese, etc. [fre] La demande finale des produits agricoles et alimentaires détermine en grande partie l'évolution de l'agriculture et des industries transformatrices de ces produits. Or l'expérience des vingt dernières années, et celle des pays étrangers, montre des régularités dans l'évolution de cette demande; cette inertie du comportement moyen des ménages rend légitime la prolongation des tendances passées. La déformation de la structure de la consommation se fait de manière lente et continue. Les viandes, les corps gras et les produits laitiers sur lesquels sont centrés les repas représentent une part croissante de l'apport calorique. La consommation de fruits et de jus de fruits croît très vite. En revanche, les produits à base de céréales sont moins demandés. La part des légumes reste constante, la diminution de la consommation de pommes déterre étant compensée par l'augmentation de celle de légumes verts plus variés. La demande se porte vers les produits présentés sous une forme nouvelle : produits surgelés, conserves de légumes, fromages frais.
