Multicultural problems in corporate culture
AbstractWhen the entry of foreign firms in the host market often does the problem of multicultural communication. Local knowledge of the national mentality, habits and behavior of the host country, are often neglected. Mostly big supranational companies bring to hosting market elements of its domestic national mentality, which intelligible reflects in company culture. Nowadays the situation begins to be quite stabilized. Companies are trying to learn about previous mistakes, elsewhere employees gain some concessions. It can be found series of publications, which describe these phenomenons. The article presents an original analysis of the most common causes of conflict situations, in particular cases of practice and provides guidance for effective multicultural communication.
