Possibility of saving in the time of recession in human resources management

Abstract

This article deals with possibilities of saving money in human resources area in the time of economic recession. Human resources is always the first department, who management ask to offer possibilities of financial saving. Many of them like restriction of recruitment, investment to training or benefits, are usuall, but if all of them are made really strategicaly and advisedly, they are from employees more positive accepted . The time of recession can be hard for HR department, but it could be chance to raise the brand of HR, raise his prestige and change its role to real business partnership.
