The changes in the company environment - the evaluation of the empirical research

Abstract

The initial point for the strategy formulation is the complete understanding of the environment. The understanding of these changes and the trends is crucial for the strategy creation. There are introduced results concerning the corporate strategy and the environment. 252 answer sheets were obtained. The firms were asked about the level of the created strategy. Next the firms were asked about the importance of the changes in the environment. The most important factors for the strategy decision making are the growing competition, the changes in technology and the strict ecological norms. The expectations of the firms are rather optimistic. The most of the firms wrote to have the created strategy. The firms with the created strategy regularly locate the satisfactions of the customers.
