Abstract

La creation d`un régime juridique uniform, au niveau europèen, qui peut institue un contrôle et des éxigences plus strictes à l`importateurs et les distribuiteurs des produits dangereuses pour les hommes et l`ambiance, constitue l`une preoccupation du Conseil éuropeen, materialisée, après des long debats et negociations, en Directive nr. 374 du 25 juillet 1985. Roumanie, état éuropèen par l`émplacement géographique, les traditiones historiques et les rapport politiques, économiques, culturels, aspire à statut d`état membre avec des droits entiers dans le milieu d`Unione éuropeenne. Dans ce direction a été signé l`Acord d`association, ratifié par la Loi nr. 20 du 6 avril 1993. Pour l`aplication des prévisions de la Directive, le Gouvernement de la Roumanie a adopté l`Ordonnance nr. 21/1992, relativement la protection du consommateurs, cette étant ulterieure sujette des modifications, completements et renumerotées et aprés la Loi nr. 240/2004.
