Discussions On The Legal Nature Of Civil Enforcement And Bailiff'S Institution

Abstract

The study proposes an analysis of the legal nature of the civil enforcement procedures and of the judicial bailiff institution, through the legal rules governing them, respectively: Law no. 188/2000 on bailiffs, with subsequent amendments, the Code of Civil Procedure and the New Code of Civil Procedure.
