The Digital Administration Code In Italy: Light And Shade

Abstract

The present article gives critical notice to the Italian Legislative Decree No. 82 of 2005, commonly referred to as the “Digital Administration Code”, subsequently integrated and amended by Supplementary Provisions and the corrective Legislative Decree (D. Lgs no. 159 April 2006), announced in many press releases as a revolution for public agencies and citizens. The author examines the principles and rules of this Code, emphasizing problematic and limits of this recent legislation
