Organizações Autentizóticas: Desenvolvimento E Validação De Um Instrumento De Medida

Abstract

Mostra-se como foi desenvolvido e validado um instrumento de medida dos climas organizacionais autentizóticos. Na fase exploratória, um questionário contendo 57 itens foi aplicado a uma amostra de 183 indivíduos. Na fase confirmatória, novo questionário (33 itens) foi aplicado a uma amostra de 161 indivíduos. As análises factoriais sugerem seis dimensões: (1) espírito de camaradagem; (2) credibilidade/ confiança do líder; (3) comunicação aberta/franca com o líder; (4) oportunidades de aprendizagem/desenvolvimento pessoal; (5) equidade/justiça; (6) conciliação trabalho-família. As dimensões autentizóticas explicam variância significativa das intenções de abandono da organização e do empenhamento organizacional afectivo.
