Linhas de orientação para a selecção de métodos de avaliação de projectos de investimento em sistemas de apoio à decisão

Abstract

A variedade existente de métodos da avaliação e selecção de projectos torna necessários e pertinente a procura de linhas de orientação que apoiem os agentes de decisão na escolha dos métodos mais adequados às situações que se lhes deparam. Esta comunicação indica um conjunto de linhas de orientação acerca da utilização simultânea de modo consistente com a teoria da decisão, de métodos económico-financeiros em processos multicritério de avaliação e selecção de projectos. O trabalho aqui relatado teve como objectivo final o desenvolvimento de um sistema de apoio a processos de avaliação e selecção de projectos - o sistema AGAP (Apoio a Grupos de Análise e Avaliação de projectos) que também se descreve, em parte, neste texto.
