Inversiones y cambio técnico en el crecimiento de la Economia peruana

Abstract

Examinar el esfuerzo de formación de capital en el Perú en el pasado reciente, así como su impacto en el crecimiento económico. En segundo lugar, y asumiendo que existe un stock de capital, maquinarias e instalaciones, que condiciona o determina el funcionamiento de la economía en lo inmediato, y que influye en sus posibilidades de evolución, trataremos de desprender las condiciones de una acumulación eficiente en el país. Esto es, suficiente en volumen y cualitativamente adecuada, para lograr un deseable patrón de crecimiento. No se trata de obtener altas y aún espectaculares tasas de crecimiento (milagros, a veces aislados o efímeros), sino de generar un crecimiento estable, basado en dinamismos propios y con capacidad de beneficiar equitativamente al conjunto de la población.
