La agricultura peruana: problemas, potencialidades y políticas

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto presentar, primero, los problemas estructurales de la agricultura peruana, luego sus potencialidades y, finalmente, los elementos para el diseño de políticas económicas. Debo admitir que este objetivo es muy ambicioso para ser desarrollado en un artículo y por un investigador individual. Por ello espero que el artículo logre, más bien, ordenar los elementos básicos para la discusión de la política económica dirigida al desarrollo agrícola del Perú.
