Abstract

Cuando se intenta un analisis de coyuntura existe la tendencia, totalmente explicable, de centrarse sobre los desarrollos recientes de la economía y su impacto sobre la situación del momento. Además de considerar los aconteci- mientos mas próximos como características de la situación co~yuntural, se trata de buscar las causas de la misma en este período. Causas y efectos están inscritos estrictamente en el corto plazo. Sin embargo, en algunos casos es sumamente importante referirse a un horizonte más amplio.
