Abstract

Rajashree Dhanaraj describes the success of the school Sri Sathya Vidhya Mandir in catering for children belonging to economically-challenged families in Madras, India. The mix of modern and traditional methods is providing a strong and unique education at an affordable cost for children who may otherwise not have had access to such services.
