Considerations on the Legal Status of the Forwarding of Goods. Regulations in the New Civil Code
AbstractThe efficient fulfillment of transports, from an economic and legal point of view, involves, in most cases, the existence of an intermediary between the owner of the goods and their transport operator. The intermediary’s activity, traditionally assimilated to the commissioner’s, knows a special regulation once with the entry into force of the New Civil Code.
