Economic Risks during the Current Economic CrisisAbstract:Today’s business environment is constantly changing. We are witnessing a very unpredictable and volatile economic context which faces a number of serious risks. Market’s participants view risks as a necessary evil and therefore they should find out effective solutions for minimising them. Risk identification and assessment become the main mechanisms for managers all over the world in their fight for determining risk responses. Risk assessment could be seen as a systemic process used for identifying and evaluating the events that interfere in the achievement of companies’ objectives, having positive or negative consequences. Especially during this period of the economic crisis, the risk assessment process should be refreshed in order to deliver the best possible solutions able to ensure companies’ survival on market
