The Extent of the Variation to Greenhouse Gas Emissions – GDP at EU levelAbstract:The purpose of this paper is to measure to which extent the variation of greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) is consistent with the distribution of gross domestic product (GDP), at EU level. For this purpose we used the coefficient of dissimilarities that enables comparisons between the structures of two different variables. We studied the dissimilarities at EU-28 level and for two groups of countries, EU-15 and the group of member states which joined the EU since 2004
