AbstractHuman Resource Development (HRD) is the frameworks for helping employees develop their personal and organizational skills and knowledge. Human Resource Development includes such opportunities as employee training, employee career development, performance management, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, key employee identification and definition, assistance in training, and at the same time organization development. The link between human resources development and managerial practice, as a whole, is vital for management success. Humans are the most important category of resources that an organization can use. No organization can exist without the human resources component.
