Abstract

In the recent years, in Romania the significant process of specialization for some credit institutions, appeared on the background of the improvement in the economic environment, determined the emergence of a more complex financial landscape that now comprises consumer finance societies, mortgage societies, microfinance societies and some specialized banks.
