Abstract

Dans la lignée des attentes des citoyens, une étape fondamentale a été franchie en 2009, lorsque l’UE a adopté un cadre juridique contraignant pour la sûreté nucléaire, apportant ainsi de la sécurité juridique et fournissant des garanties appropriées pour le public.
