Les partis « partenaires du Kremlin » à l’épreuve des dynamiques locales Formes et pratiques de « l’opposition constructive »

Abstract

Tandis que nombre d’observateurs considèrent le Parti libéral démocrate de Russie (LDPR) et le parti Russie juste (RJ) comme des « partis d’opposition loyale » (Petrov, Lipman & Hale, 2010) destinés à neutraliser les votes protestataires, l’étude du fonctionnement des branches de ces partis à Tomsk en Sibérie occidentale conduit à nuancer cette interprétation. Dans le système politique russe, très contraignant à l’égard de l’opposition, la structure flexible du « système de franchise » (Carty, 2004) du LDPR et de RJ ainsi que leur politique d’opposition dite constructive donnent une marge de manoeuvre aux responsables régionaux pour pratiquer une opposition sélective au pouvoir local.
