Training Need Assessment: A Critical Study
AbstractA Needs Assessment is a systematic exploration of the way things are and the way they should be. These "things" are usually associated with organizational and/or individual performance. A needs assessment should be designed to identify and prioritize needs, while a need analysis should break and identified need into its component parts and determine solution requirement According to Kaufman33, “we should select our means based on the ends we wish to achieve”.
