Abstract

At present, our country has entered a new period of development in socialist revolution and socialist construction. It is our people's glorious and arduous task to strive to implement the strategic decision of Chairman Hua and the Party Central Committee to grasp the key link of class struggle and bring about great order across the land, speed up socialist construction in our country, and successfully carry out the general program of the ten-year plan for the development of our national economy in order to build our country into a modern, powerful socialist state by the end of the century.
