Abstract

This study analyzes the use by a European institution of a specific method for the management of institutional communication. The focal point is the European Economic and Social Committee, an advisory body that is permanently seeking an acknowledgment of its role within the institutional architecture. The study tries to explain how the method used modifies the very framework of its use.
