Abstract

SCM includes all activities associated with the flow and transformation of goods and services from raw materials stage to the consumer, including all related flows of information. Supply chain management is an important source to improve business efficiency and effectiveness by ensuring logistics integration between the companies as well as integrated management of logistics chains of partners in order to create added value for the final client, which allows the formation of long term relationships or partnerships, involving collaboration to improve design, reduce costs, improve quality and product development to be launched as soon as possible on the market.
