Abstract

The current legal system feels a pressing need to offer an effective legal framework, and especially to meet current requirements. Legislative effort to create a simplified procedure of the trial, is an emerging evolutionary ladder of jurisprudence. The author considers it appropriate to put the spotlight on the issue of so-called "justice negotiated" or a simplified procedure such pleadings of guilt, which is manifested in the trends around the globe. Thus, to establish a legal cause growth to come in support offered operativity in criminal matters and the quality of justice turns out to be an urgent need. Analysis of the transnational nature of the regulations that require legislation, is one of the key elements that can start in analyzing legislative structure. Interference that occurred between the current legal systems have given rise to practices that are proving to be individualized in relation to each framework. This has fostered an intense statement of reasons coming from experts who have analyzed every constituent, and especially relationships that have emerged between them.
