Abstract

The management of the Non-Profit Organizations has to orient itself as much towards the attainment of social legitimacy, like a the obtaining of competitive ability to face the challenges that they have to confront. In this work, it proposes that the management stakeholder allows to reach both requirements when fomenting the creation of social capital. The existing social capital in the network of relations of the organization considers a strategic resource that it favours that the organization accomplishes her organizational aims. The empirical study has been based on the qualitative methodology of the study of cases, and the made analysis does possible to confirm the raised hypotheses.
