Abstract

Stahl János cikke és Arató Miklós arra érkezett hozzászólása jelzi, hogy a külső szemlélő számára talán technikainak, hozzáértő biztosításmatematikusok szakmai belügyének tekintett probléma - nevezetesen a nyugdíjrendszer második pillérét alkotó nyugdíjpénztárak tagjainak nyújtott életjáradék - megoldatlanságának okát jelentős részben a közgazdasági megalapozottság hiányában-hiányosságaiban kell keresni. Az elvi-elméleti tisztázatlanság, félreértések vagy egyenesen hibás válaszok azok, amelyek immár közel egy évtizede teszik lehetetlenné az előrelépést. A megoldás megtalálásának alapfeltétele a biztosítási gyakorlatban iskolázott aktuáriusi gondolkodás kényszerzubbonyától való megszabadulás. E vitacikk szerzője végeredményben majdnem ugyanarra jut, mint Stahl János, csak nem ugyanazon az úton, és mások a következtetései. Stahl az aktuáriusi gondolkodás keretét feszegette, és értetlenséggel találkozott,* míg e sorok írója egy közgazdasági problémára keres megoldást. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: C61, H55.
