Abstract

A tanulmány a nyugat-európai szövetkezés lényegét és fejlődési irányait vizsgálja. A szövetkezeti rendszerek elemzéséhez szükség van az úgynevezett szövetkezetiidentitás- felfogás elemeinek és kapcsolódásainak vizsgálatára. A koncepció legfontosabb részei: a szövetkezet definíciója, a szövetkezetek alapvető céljai és az elérésükhöz szükséges funkciók (szerepek), valamint az úgynevezett szövetkezeti alapelvek. A felfogás segítségével végzett elemzés fő állítása, hogy a holland esetben az alapelv (a termék áll a középpontban) és a szövetkezetek célja (a tagok jövedelmének növelése) változatlanul érvényes, azonban a különböző új (marketing-, finanszírozási, szervezeti) stratégiák megvalósításához szükség van a funkciók megváltozására. További (inter-, illetve multidiszciplináris) kutatások szükségesek a szövetkezeti identitás vizsgálatára az egyes országok, ágazatok és (azon belül) tevékenységi körök és szektorok között.
