Az atipikus munka térnyerésének okai a tudásgazdaságban
[Reasons for the spread of atypical work in the knowledge economy]

Abstract

Az utóbbi egy-két évtizedben visszaszorulóban van az ipari társadalomra jellemző stabil, időhatárok nélküli (számos juttatással és biztosítékkal körülbástyázott) foglalkoztatás. Feltartóztathatatlanul terjednek ellenben az atipikus foglalkoztatás legkülönfélébb formái - a munkaerő-kölcsönzéstől egészen a harmadik világbeli háttérirodákban végzett távmunkáig. A szerzők az atipikus munkát az új intézményi iskola gondolkodási keretei közé helyezve, kiemelik a humántőke-specifikusság mérséklődésének a szerepét a foglalkoztatási viszonyokban. A munka „eloldozása”, a koncentrált gyári munka időbeli és térbeli dekompozíciója a gyárrendszer történelmi megjelenésével összemérhető változás. Az „eloldozott” munka logikus következménye a tudásgazdaság fejlődési mintáinak. Az információs technológia logikájának megfelelően a termékeket, termelési folyamatokat alkotó modulok - hasonlóan a gazdasági szervezetek sejtjeihez - önállósulnak, mindegyik külön életet él, végtelen kombinációs lehetőséget nyitva meg. Ugyanez a trend rajzolódik ki a munka világában is, amelyben a szilárd, kötött, statikus, biztos formák változtathatóvá, „folyékonnyá”, dinamikussá és bizonytalanná válnak. Ez lendületet ad a tudásgazdaságnak, amelyben a nomád munkavállalók a csizmájuk talpán viszik a tudást egyik projekttől a másikig, egyik gazdasági egységből, országból, régióból a másikba. Az érem másik oldala azonban az, hogy a munkavállalók - az alapvető kompetenciákat hordozó kulcsembereken kívül - kicserélhetők, eldobhatók, visszahívhatók, áthelyezhetők, egy szóval labilisak lesznek.
