[Housing subsidies and social redistribution]

Abstract

A rendszerváltást megelőzően a lakosság elégedetlen volt a lakáspolitikával. Az utóbbi években mintha változott volna a visszamenőleges megítélés. A közvélemény sokkal elnézőbbé vált a korábbi gondokkal-bajokkal szemben, ugyanakkor intenzíven és fájdalmasan éli át az újakat. Nagyon sokan a mai nehézségeket szinte kizárólag a piacgazdaság által diktált új feltételeknek tulajdonítják, nosztalgiával gondolva az olcsó lakásra, amelyet a .gondoskodó. állam legalább az állampolgárok egy része számára biztosított, visszakívánva a korábbi .egyenlőbbnek. és .igazságosabbnak. vélt támogatási rendszert, lakáseloszlást. Írásom szembenéz ezzel a nosztalgikus érzéssel. A múltbeli és jelenlegi támogatási rendszert elemezve, a múltból örökölt bajokat megpróbálja különválasztani az újonnan elkövetett hibáktól.
