Az adósságelengedés modellezése kooperatív játékelmélettel
[Modelling debt relief using cooperative game theory]

Abstract

Gyakori jelenség, hogy a hitelezők a vállalatokat (országokat, államokat, egyéneket és más szervezeteket) adósságelengedésben részesítik. A fő kérdés az, hogy miként osszuk el a vállalat eszközeinek értékét a hitelezők és a vállalat között. Csóka-Herings [2017] átváltható hasznosságú kooperatív játékokkal modellezte a problémát, és a létrejövő játékokat tartozásos játékoknak nevezte. Tanulmányunkban bemutatjuk a tartozásos játékokat és tulajdonságaikat, majd belátjuk, hogy a Shapley-érték is tekinthető tartozásrendezési szabálynak. A szokásos csődjátékokkal szemben a tartozásos játékok fő újdonsága, hogy bennük a vállalat is játékos, és fizetésképtelen esetben is szigorúan pozitív kifizetést kaphat, vagyis kimenthetik. Ilyen értelemben a puha költségvetési korlát szindrómáját leíró modellek egyik változatának is tekinthetjük az adósságelengedés kooperatív játékelméleti modelljét.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: C71, G10.
