Abstract

A tanulmány a kiskereskedelmi láncok és beszállítóik üzleti kapcsolatainak, szer ződéskötési gyakorlatainak feltérképezésére irányuló empirikus kutatás főbb ered ményeit összegzi. Kutatás eredményei szerint a kereskedelmi láncok elsősorban az erősebb piaci helyzetű, gyakran külföldi tulajdonban lévő vállalatokkal szemben érvé nyesítik piaci erejüket. A kereskedők igényei ugyanakkor fontos tényezőnek számíta nak a termelőket érintő változások, fejlesztések megvalósulásában. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: L81.
