Abstract
In this article it is firstly explained theoretical structure of performance measurement and management. Afterwards, it is expounded computation of raw performance scores, factors affecting coming into existence of raw performance scores, relative performance evaluation and transformation process into relative performance scores of raw performance scores with relative evaluation. Finally, it is applied the statistical analysis of performance scores which is obtained from 178 staff working in three department dependent on CEO in TOFAS. Furthermore, applying four alternative relative evaluation approach, raw performance scores were transformed into relative performance scores. On the four alternative approaches transformed or adjusted raw performance scores had been sorted ascending and it had given E grade to 2%, D to 10%, C to 65%, B to 20% and A to 3% of them.
