Les politiques publiques de r�duction de l'offre de travail

Abstract

La volont� de r�glementer l'offre de travail est apparue au XIXe si�cle avec les lois sur le travail des femmes et des en-fants. Le contexte actuel est tr�s diff�rent puisque ce type de mesures est aujourd'hui mis en avant pour lutter contre le chômage. De fait les objectifs de ces politiques publiques ont chang� au cours du temps. La multiplication des r�formes alors que le taux de ch�mage est tr�s �lev� pose la question de l'efficacit� des mesures adopt�es et �galement des modali-t�s de leur �valuation.
