Net hata noksan hesabının anlamı ve cari işlemler ilişkisi: Türkiye üzerine ekonometrik bir uygulama

Abstract

Dış ödemeler dengesinin bilinen ancak bilimsel çalışmalara yeterince konu olmayan net hata noksan hesabının varlık nedeni; yapılan zaman, kapsam ve ölçüm hatalarıdır. Çalışmanın amacı, özellikle 2001 krizinden sonra artış eğilimine geçmiş ve zamanla dikkat çekici hale gelen net hata noksan hesabının oluşma şeklini ortaya koymak ve ödemeler dengesindeki dış ticaret hesabı(ihracat, bavul ticareti ve turizm) arasındaki ilişkinin düzeyini belirlemektir. Bu bağlamda, Türkiye ekonomisine ait 2002:1-2010:5 döneminde; ihracat, bavul ticareti ve turizm gelirleri ile net hata noksan hesabı verileri kullanılarak yapılan VAR modelde turizm gelirlerinin net hata noksan hesabını etkileyen en önemli unsur olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
